- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to the customer's concerns or requests and then I go and look at the job so that I am able to give an accurate estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do continuing education to stay current with plumbing codes. I have a Master Plumber license.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A friend of mine introduced me to plumbing. I think it is a good profession because it is the only trade that a society cannot survive without.
