Tamara Creighton LLC
About this pro
Hi, there! I'm Tamara Creighton, a holistic nutrition coach and massage therapist in Shawnee, KS. I primarily help women over 35, who are feeling stressed and out of sorts with their bodies, to improve their health and sense of well-being. I do this via my two main tools, massage and nutrition coaching. For massage, I specialize in therapeutic massage (utilizing various massage techniques to help you achieve relief and to restore balance in muscles), Raindrop therapy (great for chronic conditions, fatigue, stress, pain, and to boost immune function), Bellanina facelift massage (the most luxurious and effective way to tone the muscles of the face without surgery) and Hawaiian lomilomi (rejuvenating body and spirit.) As a holistic nutrition coach, I offer one-on-one coaching and group classes, helping you determine what foods feed your body best and in achieving your health and weight loss goals. My office is at Your Wellness Connection in Shawnee, KS, at the I-35 and 75th St. interchange. YWC is a wellness center with many holistic practitioners under one roof. I love being a part of this wonderful team! If you feel my areas of emphasis and specialty are a good match for what you need, please give me a call or send me an email to discuss your particular needs and goals. Best to you! Tamara

- What types of customers have you worked with?Therapeutic massage--for acute and chronic issues, especially related to neck, shoulders, and low back. Relaxation massage--for managing stress, releasing tension, and finding your center again. A great way to care for yourself! Bellanina Face Lift massage--a new service I've added that I absolutely love, and clients LOVE the results! Amazing toning for the face, and great pampering session. Holistic Nutrition-- I love teaching classes and working with groups. I teach 2 classes/month on nutrition, meal prep and planning, herbs for health, natural skin care, and more! Check out my website, www.tcreighton.com for my current class list.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Find someone you click with energetically! Be picky, ask questions, and be clear about what you want to accomplish with this session. I find it's always great to have a conversation with a client before we decide if there's a fit. I can serve you better if you are open, honest, and thorough in telling me what's happening with your health, and we can come up with a plan together. :-)
