- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer reaches out, we start with a quick discovery call to confirm their needs align with what we do best. Next, an Outdoor Living Specialist visits the site to take measurements and assess construction feasibility. After that, we present a proposal outlining the scope and options. If a full design is requested, we move into a design agreement, giving the client a detailed view of how the space will look and function once Blue Heron completes the project.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We've been in and around the pool industry for over 30 years. It was an easy transition from flat work concrete work. Now we get to see beautiful spaces come to life.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with everyone from cities to grandparents who want a pool so they can see their grandchildren more often!
