FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Concrete leveling is priced by the volume of foam it takes to fill the void under your slab, not by the square footage on top. Two driveways that look the same from the curb can sit over very different gaps underneath. We measure the void, slab size, number of injection points and equipment access at a free on-site inspection, then give you a written quote before anything is drilled. The quote is the invoice: no hidden fees, no surprises. And lifting a slab costs far less than tearing it out and replacing it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Free inspection: we come out, find the voids and measure everything. No charge, no obligation. 2. Written quote: exact scope, exact price, from your field specialist. 3. Lift day: we drill a few dime-sized holes, inject waterproof polyurethane foam that fills the void and lifts the slab back to level, and clean up. 4. Back in use: most jobs take 2-4 hours. Walk on it in 15-30 minutes, drive on it in 1-2 hours.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly homeowners across the Kansas City metro with sunken driveways, sidewalks, patios, porches and steps, garage floors and pool decks. We also lift commercial concrete like walkways, parking areas and warehouse floors.
