  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    No two jobs are the same, but I make sure that I am cheaper than anyone else! I charge by how much time I've spent with the machine, not how much time the machine has spent with itself!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I try to get to know the customer first.... It helps me interpret thier own diagnosis, explanation and logic process

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I've done all my own research and have a lifetime of experience. I have loved and worked on computers and electronics for as long as I can remember. My father and older brother helped me and tought me alot!
