Shannon was very polite and informative regarding the process to clean and sanitize our duct work. He was very knowledgeable and invited us to watch if we were curious as to how he cleaned the duct work. In addition, he cleaned our dryer vent. There was no residue once the job was completed...clean up was perfect. We recommend KC Eco-Kleen and just as importantly, Shannon Moore our technician.

The cleaning technicians were thorough and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what they were going to do and periodically stopped to show me the debris they were extracting from our air ducts. I will ve using them gain in the future.

Fair pricing and professional work for full duct deep clean, sanitization, and dryer vent cleaning (among other things). The techs gave me all the information I needed to know how to maintain in the future too, nice to know that they're not just a one-time and forget it team; I appreciated the relationship building aspect. I'd recommend getting in on their summer promotion to get all this work done in one shot at a fair price.
