Excellent experience with gold lawncare. Received contact back immediately from Brian and he scheduled an appointment quickly and reviewed the landscaping plan. Gold LawnCare did a great job installing new sod in my yard. The team showed up on time, worked fast, and the new lawn looks amazing—really green and healthy. You can tell they know what they’re doing.

Needed 2 French drains installed and an old French drain repaired. Initial consultation was a quick and timely response and visit to the property. Pricing was very fair. However, the French drain repair was not completed—even though we were told it was, but then after inspecting the site in question there was no sign of work done on it. We are getting a refund for that. The two new drains could have been installed to a longer length, refilled with soil better and topped with grass seed. There was a lack of follow up after the work was done to let us know it was completed. I requested photos of the installed drains before they were covered but none were taken. I was also under the impression that those details are standard business practices.

The pricing is a set based pricing built in with labor and materials. We try and push out the best quality at a competitive price point.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Process is simple. We get the clients information. Call them and set up a free appointment. Give the client a bid and email the client the information. Once the order is approved, we like to meet a few days in advance with the client. Go over in person the order to make sure all parties are on the same page. This is a good chance to have the clients meet and introduce my employees in person. See if the employees or clients have any questions about the order.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education none. Training for almost 30 years. Learned from past business owners on how to run a business. Learned from past employees on how to treat employees with a learning experience.
