- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is a set based pricing built in with labor and materials. We try and push out the best quality at a competitive price point. Discounts are for veterans and seniors 10% vets 5% seniors We do provide 2 seasonal eblasts discounts
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Process is simple. We get the clients information. Call them and set up a free appointment. Give the client a bid and email the client the information. Once the order is approved, we like to meet a few days in advance with the client. Go over in person the order to make sure all parties are on the same page. This is a good chance to have the clients meet and introduce my employees in person. See if the employees or clients have any questions about the order.

Education none. Training for almost 30 years. Learned from past business owners on how to run a business. Learned from past employees on how to treat employees with a learning experience.
