Our pricing is fair, and is dependent on the scope of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is built to make roofing and exterior projects as simple and stress-free as possible for homeowners. First, we schedule a time to meet at the property and perform a thorough inspection of the roof and any affected exterior areas. We take photos, document any damage, and walk the homeowner through exactly what we see so there are no surprises. Next, we explain the available options. If the damage may qualify for an insurance claim, we help guide the homeowner through the claims process and can meet with the adjuster during their inspection. If it’s a retail project, we provide a clear estimate and explain materials, timelines, and pricing. Once the project is approved, our team handles scheduling, material delivery, and the installation process. We keep the homeowner informed throughout the job and make sure everything is completed to our quality standards. At the end of the project, we perform a final walkthrough with the homeowner to make sure they’re completely satisfied and answer any final questions. Our goal is to provide a smooth experience from the first inspection to the final cleanup.
