About
At Crown Town Restoration, our goal is to make roofing and exterior projects simple, transparent, and stress-free for homeowners.
As a local roofing and restoration company serving the Kansas City area, we specialize in roof inspections, repairs, and full replacements following storm damage, as well as general exterior restoration. We take pride in providing honest assessments, clear communication, and quality workmanship from start to finish.
When we inspect a roof, we don’t just give an opinion—we document everything with photos and walk homeowners through exactly what we find so they can make an informed decision. If the damage may qualify for an insurance claim, we help guide homeowners through the process and can meet with adjusters during inspections.
Our team focuses on doing the job right, protecting your home during installation, and leaving the property clean when the project is complete. Every project ends with a final walkthrough to make sure everything meets our standards and the homeowner’s expectations.
We believe the best projects come from trust, communication, and taking care of customers the right way.
If you need a roof inspection, repair, or replacement, we’d be happy to take a look and help you understand your options.
Why homeowners choose us:
• Local Kansas City roofing contractor
• Honest inspections with photo documentation
• Help navigating insurance claims when applicable
• Clear communication throughout the project
• Thorough cleanup and final walkthrough

Eric Bixby was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He showed up quickly to provide a quote, took the time to thoroughly evaluate the work, and adjusted the estimate as we finalized the project details. The painting, wood-rot repair, and gutter crews were all on time, professional, and delivered excellent work. Everyone was courteous, efficient, and clearly skilled at what they do. Overall, a top-notch experienceId highly recommend them.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair, and is dependent on the scope of the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is built to make roofing and exterior projects as simple and stress-free as possible for homeowners.
First, we schedule a time to meet at the property and perform a thorough inspection of the roof and any affected exterior areas. We take photos, document any damage, and walk the homeowner through exactly what we see so there are no surprises.
Next, we explain the available options. If the damage may qualify for an insurance claim, we help guide the homeowner through the claims process and can meet with the adjuster during their inspection. If it’s a retail project, we provide a clear estimate and explain materials, timelines, and pricing.
Once the project is approved, our team handles scheduling, material delivery, and the installation process. We keep the homeowner informed throughout the job and make sure everything is completed to our quality standards.
At the end of the project, we perform a final walkthrough with the homeowner to make sure they’re completely satisfied and answer any final questions.
Our goal is to provide a smooth experience from the first inspection to the final cleanup.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
