As a local roofing and restoration company serving the Kansas City area, we specialize in roof inspections, repairs, and full replacements following storm damage, as well as general exterior restoration. We take pride in providing honest assessments, clear communication, and quality workmanship from start to finish.
When we inspect a roof, we don’t just give an opinion—we document everything with photos and walk homeowners through exactly what we find so they can make an informed decision. If the damage may qualify for an insurance claim, we help guide homeowners through the process and can meet with adjusters during inspections.
Our team focuses on doing the job right, protecting your home during installation, and leaving the property clean when the project is complete. Every project ends with a final walkthrough to make sure everything meets our standards and the homeowner’s expectations.

I looked over the bid and confirmed a couple details with Michael.Step 3: I showed up a few days to look at the finished product and paid for a job well done.From bid to completion, all work done to the letter.Fair price (you get what you pay for), and Michael made it a smooth and seamless process.Highly recommend Crown Town and Michael.I am now using them on other properties as well.

Our pricing is fair, and is dependent on the scope of the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is built to make roofing and exterior projects as simple and stress-free as possible for homeowners.
First, we schedule a time to meet at the property and perform a thorough inspection of the roof and any affected exterior areas. We take photos, document any damage, and walk the homeowner through exactly what we see so there are no surprises.
Next, we explain the available options. If the damage may qualify for an insurance claim, we help guide the homeowner through the claims process and can meet with the adjuster during their inspection. If it’s a retail project, we provide a clear estimate and explain materials, timelines, and pricing.
Once the project is approved, our team handles scheduling, material delivery, and the installation process. We keep the homeowner informed throughout the job and make sure everything is completed to our quality standards.
At the end of the project, we perform a final walkthrough with the homeowner to make sure they’re completely satisfied and answer any final questions.
Our goal is to provide a smooth experience from the first inspection to the final cleanup.
