I provide cleaning, weekly or monthly, to homes being lived in or move-in/move-out. I do appliances, floors, bedrooms, bathrooms, and windows. I prefer to use clean towels/rags when cleaning floors instead of a mop,( I feel its cleaner). I priovide quality reliable services. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
if paying by the hour, most jobs are $20.00/hr. however I do offer a "flat rate" depending on the size of the hom, How far I have to travel. and how detailed the client would like. (Usually the price is No Less than $100.00 I have yet to charge more than ($175.00).
How did you get started doing this type of work?
A close friend has a residential cleaning service for over 20 years now, she was in need of trustworthy, reliable help, so I started working for her , and I continue to work for her on an as needed basis for over 11 years .
