You can not find a better notary than Julia. She is professional, a good communicator, flexible and prompt. I needed to move the appointment and she made it work. She also was able to fix a problem at the last minute in the will I had prepared and the price was right.

Julie spent a lot of time with me discussing my notarial needs. She was knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. When it came time to notarize my ailing father's signatures, she sat and chatted with him amiably and put him at ease while carrying out a rather large set of documents. Then later when I went to the courthouse and they told me one small piece of information was missing from one page of 18, I called her and she rushed right over to make the required correction, then waited for me while the recorder of deeds finished up to ensure nothing else went wrong. Julie went above and beyond as far as professionalism and kindness. She never made me feel like I was taking up her time even with our minor issue, was accommodating and made the whole experience better.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to establish contact and have a conversation about the customer's specific needs with plenty of time for asking questions about the notarization process and expectations. Having open, direct communication is one of the most important ways for a customer to become a client!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most recently, I completed National Notary Association Loan Signing Agent training as well as passing NNA issued exam. I am currently participating in online Notary Development training through Ladies & The Stamp LLC with an emphasis on business structure, loan signing agent training and other aspects of notary development.
