- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process of working and meeting with a new customer is as follows. I want to know what is important to them. I will ask if there is anything in the home that they don't want me to touch. I want to make each and every customer as comfortable as possible as I clean their home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for a bigger company for a little over 5 years. I'm finally adventuring out into my very own company!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
5 years ago, I wanted to find a career that could make a difference in someone else's life. At the end of the day, I don't feel completely fulfilled unless I have made a difference or helped someone in some way.
