- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My customer retention/engagement platform has a standard pricing structure based on the size of the business. All other services are priced based on the needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step in working with any new client is listening to their needs and what their pain points are. There is no "one-size" fits all solution to any business need, so being able to be flexible and make sure client results are the first priority makes the process a lot better for everyone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors in Marketing and Graphic Design. I have been working for a print/promo/apparel provider for over half a decade and have branched out into creative digital solutions as well.
