- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unless we have a contract. We Charge $85 per hour. with a 1- hour travel, or a 3- hour min. 2-Men is $125 per hour. All Military and Seniors always receive a 10% off all labor cost. Does not include materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1st Talk on the phone and set up a date that will work for both of us. Go to your home to look at the work you want done. if possible, I will give you a price that day, or if it is a larger project, we will set up a date in the future to go over a written proposal in detail that we can review and come to a price we both like. next is to give a start date and completion date. All payment for work will be paid the day of the completion of all work. all work will carry at least a 1-year warranty.

40 years' experience in the building trades. Licensed General Contractor from Wamego, Kansas. We have been in business for 11 years around the Manhattan, Kansas area. Google us we have no bad reviews only good one. We care about doing things right the 1st time. we take a lot of pride in our work, and it shows.
