- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We don't have any hidden fees. We're not the cheapest but our price is fair for the quality of work you get.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We like to meet with customer at the project site to go over the scope of work, Their budget for the project, & also to get to know the customer. After we have met, it usually takes a day or two to get a proposal made up. We like to hand deliver our proposals. once the customer as agreed to the proposal, We decide when the best time to get started will be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have over 20 years experience in the concrete trade. that accounts for alot of training. I was ACI certified as a flatwork finsher.
