Introduction: I absolutely refuse to have a unsatisfied customer!!! I will do work for no charge rather than leave the customer feeling as though they were shorted by myself or one of my employees. If there is a issue with the work performed by myself or one of my employees we do everything humanly possible to fix whatever the issue is. If satisfaction can not be mutually agreed upon by myself and the unsatisfied customer then the customer will not be charged one red penny.
