- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide price quotes based on a particular customer's needs and on what the customer and I feel would be the best fit for any given event. Mileage is always included in the final pricing information.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I'm first contacted by a potential customer, I work closely with them to determine what type of magic performance will best fit their needs and budget. I give a detailed description of my show and performance style along with everything that I provide from a technical standpoint to make my performance a success for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have twenty years of full-time performance experience.
