- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every system is different, the only way to give an accurate estimate is after a site visit. I can give rough estimates via phone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are the life of every good business, our methods at O'Neill Excavating are to do everything in our power to get you the best price possible and satisfy all your request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of on the job training, as well as attending vocational schooling in 2005. I am a federally licensed excavator, and also attended numerous hours of continuous education on waste water disposal every year.
