Mike and his team were awesome! They took out old flooring and installed my new wood floors over the entire house. We can’t say enough about how good the floors look and what a fantastic job Mike did. He always responds and knows exactly how to fix any problem. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and really affordable when it comes to upgrades on your home we pass along any discount we can to help our customers but sometimes depending on what the customer is looking for prices can vary we have to stay competitive within the industry….So again it’s all about what the customer is looking for from basic labor to custom labor it depends and it fluctuates
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Best to schedule a consultation at the home where the work will be performed to get accurate measurements and see exactly what the needs of the customers are and what they have visioned for what they want and expect
Submit estimate and any other paperwork needed to get on schedule and get all materials needed ordered and to the job if need be and hopefully set a start date
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started in the field as a nail setter, tool fetcher, clean up guy etc and worked my way through the process up to owner of my own business
Extensive knowledge with moisture management and different species of wood and environments
Installation and Refinishing Hardwood specifications and knowledge of leading industry standards
