I would not recommend this Cleaning Service to anyone. First, I scheduled a service on March 18th and I called a week before the services were to be done for confirmation. They forgot to put me on the calendar she said, but then admitted that she had a dentist appointment on the same day. Had I not text to confirm, she wasn't even going to contact with this new information. I overlooked that and scheduled for March 19th @ 9:00 am. I even asked the lady if she would be able to do services due to her dentist appointment. She said that it would not be a problem. Then comes today and I am getting a call from a different number claiming to be her at 9:34 am. She was supposed to be at the home at 9:00 am. The person claiming to be her stated that they would be there at 11 am or so. I then find out that she is doing the work by herself and I was told that she had a team. At this point, I was not only disappointed but I wasted valuable time over the weeks expecting this service. I explicitly informed her that I was moving out of this space and needed cleaned up quickly. She has wasted my valuable time and have the nerve to be texting asking for canceled payment, when in fact when she did not show

I called you you told me that you needed to put me on hold for a few minutes and you turned around and put a negative review on me I don't appreciate this.
I'm going to let everybody know that you placed me on hold then you never did call me back I'm sorry that I had an emergency surgery done it's not my fault it's not the business's fault when emergency comes in I have to go do it when I have surgery I'm sorry it was either have surgery or the surgery type would left into my bloodstream you want me dead that's fine but I will let everybody know not to work with you no more okay cuz I had you on schedule you agree to move to the next day and now you're putting a negative review on me I don't think so I will let them check know about this okay
