Kristie, I am sorry that you were unsatisfied. Unfortunately, the weather this year was a severe hinderance to exterior work within my industry. There was excessive rain this season. As you mentioned, I was always reachable and did in fact communicate with you frequently. I knew you had mentioned that you had replaced your two boards yourself which at the time, was your choice. I am glad that the overall stain job was to your satisfaction, as you mentioned, “The stain looked great” and again I apologize for the delays due to weather. We pride ourselves in the process, and definitely did not want to stain the deck with wet wood or the potential for the deck to be rained on. As you can imagine, everyone in this industry was “backed up,” due to weather/rain delays. It took a little longer than I would have liked, hopefully next season yields less rain. Again, I hope we get an opportunity to serve you again in the near future, again thank you for your business.
