What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simple - while we are glad to meet in person or via phone, we have an online customer portal which is very simple to use and allows all communication necessary from start to finish. Most customers prefer using the online portal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Safety is our focus. All of our drivers are also school bus drivers responsible for transporting life’s most precious cargo - our children - on a daily basis. These drivers go through rigorous training annually. 3 of our 5 drivers are certified driver trainers that actively teach the cdl curriculum.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a love for driving - I started into the business as a school bus driver, joined multiple other charter companies, and eventually started this company.
