Came out to fix a valve behind the fridge for the waterline. Job turned into a slightly bigger project as they had to work a new shutoff and cut a bigger hole in the drywall. They did the job quickly and efficiently so she had them flush the water heater while on site. That turned into a disaster as the heater was from 2020 and on its last legs. The drain nozzle broke and sent water everywhere! They were very professional and apologetic. They came out the next day and installed a new hot water heater for a fair price. Brandon and his team are good people!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are by the job and we try to give the best prices we can! Being family-owned, we understand working paycheck to paycheck and sometimes coming up with extra funds can be hard.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give free estimates in our service area! If you contact the office, we will schedule you for a free estimate as soon as possible. Travel fees can apply to outside of our service area.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have licensed plumbers as technicians, as well as the owner being Master licensed. We also have several who are licensed septic installers as well! Something people may not know is that not every "technician" sent to their house is actually a licensed plumber by every company!!
