Came out to fix a valve behind the fridge for the waterline. Job turned into a slightly bigger project as they had to work a new shutoff and cut a bigger hole in the drywall. They did the job quickly and efficiently so she had them flush the water heater while on site. That turned into a disaster as the heater was from 2020 and on its last legs. The drain nozzle broke and sent water everywhere! They were very professional and apologetic. They came out the next day and installed a new hot water heater for a fair price. Brandon and his team are good people!

Hunter and the Doctor Rooter team are outstanding. He came out on a Sunday evening when we discovered a failed water heater and standing water in our crawl space. Hunter diagnosed everything quickly, got a new water heater installed that same night, and over the course of the week also fixed our bathroom faucet, replaced our vanity, and repaired our outside hose bib.The professionalism, customer service, and pricing were all over the top, especially for a Sunday emergency. If you need a plumber you can trust, day or night, ask for Hunter. You won't be disappointed.

Billy came to my house and fixed my sink and faucet. He was awesome!!! I had other plumbers do work for me in the past but Doctor Rooter was very reasonable and did great work!! They are a local business. If I have other plumbing issues I will definitely be calling Billy with Doctor Rooter.
