Was told the project was too small to bother with. I had other things a lot to look at once they got here to give me a quote, but I won't be bothering with them for any future projects.

If I could give a negative star rating- I would. Two weeks of trying to just get a quote and nothing. Reached out two times, submitted photos, waiting on the scheduler to get appointment in place. Radio silence with no follow up. Obviously, a broken communucation process. How would I trust them doing a good job with the project, if they cannot figure out how to schedule an evaluation without being reminded by the customer several times, and still fail to do anything.
