We haven't started the job yet, but was nice that he called at designated time, then , worked out that he came over to discuss & give estimate- the very same day! It was evident that he knows his business, he took time to explain options, and was willing to schedule job in next couple of weeks, or allow me time needed for other things, & didn't mind waiting till fall, leaving date as my option. Which was very accommodating, since I was the one who was seeking him out! Seems like he will be easy and comfortable to work with. Offering personal preferences, explaining steps and-or differences, dependable, and accommodating to home owner.
