- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I introduce myself in a very warm manner, and ask what they are most concerned with,and what I should focus on most.Everyone is different,so I think asking questions upfront is important,so we can tailor a specific approach for each individual. I prefer to do an estimate before booking,I do offer video estimates. Please take into consideration that I can’t properly quote a job based on a phone call, and that it’s best for both parties for me to see the project first. No my mom

I introduce myself in a warm,friendly manner, and I try to respond as quickly as I get a message. I think communication is Key,no matter what type of work you are in,people skills will always go far!
