Had the pleasure of working with Denise a couple weekends ago. Pricing was fair and work was great. Had the pleasure of sitting and talking with her throughout cleaning as well, she was a wonderful person to talk to. The house smelled and felt wonderful after she was done, it really made the house feel a lot brighter and more open. My husband and I were very satisfied with her work. Would definitely recommend Denise and would definitely work with her again.

Denise is an absolute gem! She was always on time and never cancelled. She went above and beyond to clean my home. She is friendly and does such a professional job. Her prices are reasonable- I would even pay her more than she charges bc she helped me organize my messy kitchen when I didn't have time! I highly recommend her

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally estimate my pricing by the scope of the job.Depending on standard cleaning,deep cleaning and moving related cleaning.I do charge extra for laundry,interior window cleaning,inside of refrigerator,and inside of oven cleaning.They are an extra 30-40$ for those.Everyone is different,so I think asking questions upfront is important,so we can tailor a specific approach for each individual. I prefer to do an estimate before booking,I do offer video estimates. Please take into consideration that I can’t properly quote a job based on a phone call, and that it’s best for both parties for me to see the project first.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself in a warm,friendly manner, and I try to respond as quickly as I get a message. I think communication is Key,no matter what type of work you are in,people skills will always go far!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mommy skills!I have a lot of experience, I take pride in my work,and I will treat your home as if I am cleaning my own home.Professional,Reliable,and Prompt. I have very close attention to detail and I don’t cut corners
