- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, not only do most states require a minimum amount of ongoing education hours per year, but we are constantly studying the latest products and methods in order to better serve our clients.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our most common call out is for people that aren't sure if they have bed bugs or not. Many times people will have bites or see a bug but cant identify it. Sometimes we can do a physical inspection and find them, but usually we call out Bosco our detection dog to help with the inspection. His nose is more accurate than any human inspection. It costs more for Bosco to work, but the peace of mind is worth it to most people.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the provider is properly licensed. Even if the provider is doing an inspection only, they should carry appropriate state licensing and liability insurance.
