From Carrie (initial contact) to Stephanie (dispatch/office) to Matt the service technician (who diagnosed and made the repairs) everything was so easy. Great people and company! We noticed our heat pump had stopped working. We called the office, and Stephanie answered was very friendly and said she would get Matt to check it right away. When Matt arrived, he immediately found we had a major leak and scheduled it for repair. Jody Came the next day with the parts, repaired everything and it’s all working great. We want to thank the whole team at Johnson heating for their excellent service and quick response. We would highly recommend them to anyone who has a need for service.
