Roy did a great job. I had a bit of a laundry list of plumbing related items I needed to have addressed and he completed everything, including fixing some items a previous handyman service had done incorrectly, all at reasonable rate. Highly recommend!

I worked with Roy to replace 4 toilets and a kitchen faucet. The estimate was very good compared to other estimates, Roy’s work was exceptional. Even though the job took longer than expected, Roy stayed to ensure the job was completed. I would definitely recommend Roy for any plumbing needs.

Roy did beyond excellent work for us! We have had plumbing issues for over - for too many years. He quickly spotted the problem (a massive clog IN A VERTICAL PIPE!), proposed and implemented a solution. The clog was unheard of and none of the other many plumbers spotted it. It was in the middle of a vertical pipe. The main had to be slanted downward - he did that. He replaced the clogged pipe. He patched a hole in a ceiling left by another crew from a different agency. That one thing alone makes temperature control and breathing easier downstairs. His prices are extremely reasonable. He is patient and when given a challenge, he meets it and beats it. You just can't do better that this young man. He is gold. If you need him, grab him. Keep him on your call list. You can't get any better service, composure, professionalism or willingness to work out a plan. The Mrs.

I'll try to work with your budget and always try to be as efficient and timely at possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally I walk thru the project listen to what the customer is wanting. Give any advise or recommendations I believe would be in the customers best interest. Then come up with our game plan together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mostly self trained over the last 20 years but have soldering and basic electronics training from my time spent in the army national guard.
