Introduction: We are White Raven Cleaning. I (Raven) am a Military "Brat". Growing up i learned to clean Military style, i.e. kp duty. My husband (Brandon) went to a Military School growing up. We detail where you want us to detail. We do carpet cleaning. WE WILL DO WHAT THE OTHERS WON'T! That's our motto! (Unless it is dangerous or hazardous to our health!) Raven and Brandon were very responsive and personable. They were able to come help me out on a short notice and really listened to what I needed from them. I feel like they both really went out of their way to get things done and to communicate with me about everything they were doing. On top of the *amazing* cleaning job they did, the conversation was great as well. They are very down to earth and hard workers. I would love to have them back another time.

Fast response to my request for a cleaner. Very friendly and did a good job on parts of the house, the bathrooms were very clean! Some things we’re missed with dusting, like the chair rails and cobwebs were not knocked down. Several spots on my floors were not cleaned, needed a little more elbow grease.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will work with Anyone, I am skilled labor as is My Son we do good work for the price we settle on. Whether you need a quick patch job or a complete tear out and remodel.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start by figuring the entire scope of the project, then breaking it down into stages to set progress markers as well as make it seem less a daunting task for those Big Jobs. Then we will decide on by the job or by the man hour payment schedule. Everything being agreeable I will draw up the materials list for stage one and we will pick a start date based upon your choice an availability of the materials.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a 6th generation carpenter. Learned my trade from my Dad an his Dad.
