These women worked 6 hours. Only took one small break. I wanted a deep clean. They washed walls and base broads. Cleaned every piece of furniture. Great job!!! Thank you!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we generally try to set a flat rate ..and if customers are wanted extra stuff done ..then would like to know ahead of time when quoting ..if last min then we charge more then we do when we give a price when quoting clean...only cause of any inconvenience it may cause..other than that we do our best for budget friendly prices
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we give a quote then if they except our quote we generally go ahead and schedule them in for the next appointment possible then when we show up we go over everything we do of our services. amd ask if they have certain ways and cleaning stuff they perfer..
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have cleaned houses with my sister in law for about a year ..and my business partner and i currently clean for a BnB vacation rentals..
