I am extremely pleased with the service provided. After Being without a working ac system for a week, Tirell Was able to install our new furnace and condenser at a surprisingly affordable price, Im talking a few thousand dollars in savings while having the quality of a big corporate company. He is very knowledgeable in this space; he broke things down in simple terms so that I could understand everything. He is very respectful and diligent; he took the time to ensure laying down sheets before getting to work going up and down our basement stairs. From start to finish I was in the loop. He even took the time to explain all the preventative militance steps we could take to ensure our new unit would work and run for years to come. Once again, Tirell I thank you for your hard work thoughroughness. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I was the first big job that Tirell had done since striking out on his own. The work took about three days to finish, and since he finished I have not been able to reach him. He has not responded to phone calls or messages. Another company came out to look at the work that he had done and said that there are quite a few things that will need to be done over. There’s quite a bit of condensation and there seems to be water puddling up on the furnace which will eventually lead to rusting.There are still a few things that need to be done, but I will have to pay someone else to do them. Tirell is a very likable young man, but it seems like he’s in over his head a little bit. This review would be much better if he had just had a little bit of follow up. I gave him two weeks to respond before posting this review.

Tirell appeared professional, knowledgeable, and timely at first. After 2 maintenance visits, our opinion of his services and credibility changed. We were significantly overcharged for parts/labor and ultimately hired another company to correctly repair what Tirell could not. I recommend looking elsewhere for your HVAC service needs.

Be aware that this person may scam you and lead you to believe that you need a new AC/furnace when in reality you do not. He had m believing that only to find out from a different HVAC guy that it was a simple and inexpensive fix and that I had been lied to. He then would not refund my service fee when I confronted him and asked for a refund. This is bad business and I would not trust what he tells you. Be aware.
