Piano Tuning
My husband and I are very pleased with Tom's service on our piano. He did a great job. He fixed a broken string and tuned the piano. We are very happy with it! Thanks Tom!

Piano Tuning
Hadn't had our piano tuned in a while. He set up an appointment within a few days and was on time. Piano sounds great. Will definitely call him again!

Piano Tuning
Very efficient. He explained what he did and told me that I needed it tuned at least once a year to keep in in tune. I was very pleased with his work and will use him again and refer him to friends that are in need of a piano tuner.

Tom was very nice to talk to, helped me understand how to care for my very old piano, and did an excellent job.

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?A basic tuning is $80.00. Estimates are at no charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I contact the customer or have them call me to get as much information as I can to prepare for a job. If it calls for an estimate I like pictures of the item. This way I can give them a more accurate estimate. If it is a tuning job, I will set a time and get an address.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I worked as a piano technician assistant for 2 years before stating my own business. I then opened a music retail business for 14 years. I tuned and rebuilt pianos at concerts, colleges, churches, and homes. I have been doing this for about 35 years now.
