We reached out to Ben on a weekend with a very overgrown suburban lawn, after our landlord notified us that they could no longer provide lawn care. Ben responded with an estimate that same weekend, and was able to work us into his schedule that Tuesday. His work was clean, quick, and of great value for the price. We’re happy to be retaining his services on a bi-weekly basis this season.

The Grass Groomers team arrived on time and conducted themselves professionally. Before the service began, I had the opportunity to speak with Ben to discuss my expectations: I requested that the lawn be mowed and edged, and that grass clippings be kept out of the flower beds. While the lawn was mowed, the clippings were not properly blown or dispersed, and the edging was not completed until a day or so later. Additionally, the flower beds were left filled with grass clippings. I spoke with Ben afterward, and he provided an explanation for why certain tasks were not completed as requested. Given the service cost of $50, I expected a higher level of quality.
