called and told me he was going to come at 3pm . never showed up never called to say he was not coming. Have not heard anything since , and don,t want to this is not a responsible person you could count on!

Thank you for your concerns however 3pm was never mentioned during our call or any texts. You had called me back asking if I was a certain company that I wasn’t that same day looking for more estimates from what I had assumed and then said sorry wrong company so I figured you were going with them. We appreciate all reviews!

Ben was very professional, on time to the job, and was able to answer all questions I had!! I definitely will be having him return to do any and all yard work I need done! He was able to finish the job in a timely manner and it looked phenomenal!!

Our previous lawn service went out of business without any notice and my husband is unable to mow due to a knee Injury. We contacted Ben with The Grass Groomer and he was able to fit us in after already working 11 hours that day. The yard was cut to the height my husband wanted along with trimming and clean up. We are not only impressed with the quality of his work but he is professional and polite. We have hired him for our mowing and lawn needs. We highly recommend Ben.
