Rock Solid Roofing was extremely responsive, punctual and did a great job repairing our roof. They were able to reuse some existing materials to save us money. Roofing repairs are never inexpensive, but their quote was a good value, especially when you consider their service level, responsiveness and ability to fit the job in before the weather turned cold. They even met me at the house to talk through our job with an insurance adjuster, which was going the extra mile. I have confidence that if we run into any issues that they would continue to be responsive. We would definitely hire them again for any future needs.

We strive to be fair and honest with our pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In general our process starts with setting up an appointment as soon as possible. We have a technician come to you to take a look at your roofing/siding issue and take some measurements. At this time, the client and technician can narrow down the possible products that they are interested in. It is our goal to get a quote to our clients as soon as possible by email while continuing to answer any questions along the way.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our owner started working in all kinds of areas of construction very young. His Dad is a preacher and what started out as helping fix up the church, turned into great experience. After many years in construction, Millard moved on to building and remodeling homes. For the last several years he has narrowed our company's focus to the exteriors of homes.
