He provided exceptional workmanship in crack sealing, re-sealing the parking lot, and re-striping all areas. Due to the size of the project, we had to spread it over a couple of days. Matt helped us come up with a plan to minimize the disruption to our residents while swiftly completing the job.

Matt did the sealcoating at Nicholas Place Apartments, and it looked so good that I hired him to reseal my own driveway. I had used another company the previous year, and the results didnt hold up at all. Matt explained the higher-quality materials he uses, and you can tell he doesnt cut corners. Our church parking lot was looking worn and tired, having not been resealed in quite some time. Matt came out to personally view the property and discuss several of our problem areas, offering possible solutions. He then came back with a same-day quote that was very, very reasonable. He was also kind enough to work around some scheduling conflicts that we had, allowing for the longest possible cure time. He and his striping crew even helped us resize some of our parking spots, to allow for easier use. Best of all, he was always reachable by phone or by text, and was always pleasant to communicate with. The end result? A great-looking parking lot that wasnt nearly the project we feared it could be. Would not hesitate to use Matt and his company again!!
