What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will come and do a free on-site estimate. If I do anything that the customer is not ok with I will change it free of charge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will give them a rough draft estimate then set a day and time to come look at the deck. if the customer wants to go through with my work then I will start the process immediately.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a high school diploma. I only have hands on experience with this kind of work.
