- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and tailored to each client’s goals. I offer styling packages rather than one-time sessions, as they provide the best long-term results and value. Returning clients and referrals receive 10% off in-person services for a year. Travel and shopping fees may apply depending on location, and all costs are clearly discussed upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a FREE 15-minute call where discuss the details of your request to make sure that we are on the same page. Once that is done, I ask for your vision boards, outfit examples as well as ask you to fill out a questionnaire so I can better understand your needs and collect information about your style, preferences and sizes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over seven years of experience in retail management and hold certifications from the Vogue College of Fashion and the LVMH Group. As a certified color analyst with a master’s degree in education, I take pride in teaching my clients how to manage their wardrobes with confidence while inspiring them to explore and express their authentic style.
