I'm really pleased with my project. I started the painting myself, and had pretty much made a mess of things before Thumbtack put Mike's Exceptional Remodel and Carpentry in position for the rescue. I got a beautiful result based on no more than a picture of a built-in window seat bookcase found on a website. Mike and his team worked around keeping the work site safe for my two very inquisitive dogs, and working around my schedule. I'm looking forward to our next project and would recommend them to friends and family.

Mike was prompt, courteous and professional. He did an excellent job on my needed drywall repair and completed it in one day. His pricing was much better than other contractors that contacted me. I will look to have Mike do other handyman work in the future.

First I wanna talk about me! Picky, particular & persnickety!!
Now, about Mike & his helpers ...(good guy, nice sons & wife!) Did what he said he would (off w super glued wallpaper, skim coat & prep & repainted), meticulous work! Think the job took longer than Mike thought-- no belly aching, just kept plugging along & kept the boys going too! Guess if I had to come up w a negative, I would say he underbid the job!
