Ryan the head supervisor from the Paint People was super professional and I appreciated the fact that he was clean cut and spoke very well and was very honest. They knocked out my bathroom in no time (it would have taken me a lot longer!) and I really love the new look. I didn't know whether to go with a lime green or a blue-gray, but in the end I went with a lavender color. I wasn't sure what sheen to go with - I originally thought flat - but Ryan suggested going with eggshell because that's better in an environment with water like a bathroom. They also painted the trim work which I went with a higher quality white. I really think the brightness of the bathroom helps with happiness, which I'm more and more into due to my recent divorce! My new girlfriend loves it too. This was my first time using Thumbtack and hiring a painter off of it. It worked out ok. I was unsure because usually I get people from my church to help me, like friends and stuff. They usually come over and paint for food, but then the paint job doesn't look nearly professional. So glad I hired the Paint People folks to do this for me. Thank you.

There are really 3 criteria that we ask of our clients. What's most important to our client determines the price and cost of our services. Some of clients are looking for the work to be fast. Others are looking for the work to be exceptional. Yet others are looking for the work to be cheap. What's most important to our clients will determine our final price so long as it fits within their budget.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hire someone with integrity first. Do you trust your contractor, really? We supply our clients with references and a portfolio of projects we've done in the past. If you go with anyone, go with someone reputable who is not looking to steal from you.
