- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to go with a flat rate. It's challenging to interpret sometimes the scope of the job over the phone, even with pictures. Many times, customers don't realize how much stuff they have to move, or how much of their stuff is going to fit into the pickup and the trailer. Most of the time, rates are going to be per load.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
If I had known 20+ years ago that I could do this, my first car would have been a pickup truck and not a Mustang.

Homeowners and rental property owners. Business owners and managers.
