- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing that we give you is for two photographers! We try to be fair and competitive in our prices and will do referral discounts for booked/completed sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
So when a customer reaches out to us, we typically start with confirming the date(s) they are looking for our availability, and confirm when we are available. From there we learn a little bit more about the customer to see what they are looking for, to make sure we are able to provide the best photos we can for them! Once we do that we talk location(s) and have the shoot booked. We also confirm the shoot at least 24 hours in advance, and communicate as needed if any weather conditions change and we need to adjust the shoot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are both mostly self-taught photographers, although Stephanie did work in a portrait studio for Picture People for a few months during school. Being self taught though has really taught us to experiment and explore photography as we grow. We are always looking for unique shoots and ideas, as well as trying to capture different angles/shots to help give you the best photos we can!
