Luis always showed up on time and prepared for the job specified. We have hired his company for a number of different projects over time. All were completed successfully and the project costs quoted matched the numbers in the end. Even in the few exceptions that adjustments to the budget were necessary, communication was initiated right away and options presented before changes were made.
