We hired Kelly after a national company gave us an outrageous quote. Kelly responded quickly, unlike a couple of other local companies that didn’t get back to me at all. Kelly also managed to get on the schedule for service so that we didn’t have to wait long. They were very punctual and communicative with me. The price was not so high as I had anticipated, especially considering the cost of hiring anyone these days! And nothing had to be special ordered, as was suggested by the national chain. I’m happy to review them for their 5 Star ⭐️ service!
The National company, 1tom” tried to take advantage of us, (high quote and offer to start immediately, which would lock us in for their price, and probably more!). That company even told me, because of the age of our toilet, any replacement parts would have to be replaced through a specialty shop, 1.5 hours away. I would honestly shut the water off and wait for Kelly before hiring those scammers. A hotel for one month would still save you money.

Kelley was great! He replaced 2 valves in the basement and a new laundry tub. The price was very reasonable and he absolutely knew his job. I will call him for all my plumbing needs in the future.

A great job was done! We own a house thatwas built in the 40s and it was very well built. The job took over 12 hours, two bathrooms bathtub shower systems, and they stayed with until the job was finished. I will have them to any plumbing jobs going forward.
