Its embarrassing to see bugs in your home. I live in a small apartment and the upstairs neighbors were not the cleanest people. When they left they turned the water on. This caused a big hole in my ceiling, which then allowed roaches to enter my apartment. I bought all the over the counter supplies I could find. I spent hundreds of dollars. These things would not leave. Someone recommended Bourbon Trail Pest control. I called and RJ came to my apartment and inspected. He moved my fridge away from the wall. He looked inside my cabinets. He got behind my stove. He sprayed and cleaned for a good while. Then he retired just to follow up with me. To see if I had seen anymore bugs. He again removed my fridge and stove. He sprayed even though we didnt see any sign of bugs. I will forever be grateful for the way he took care of my problem. I have not seen another bug since. I could have saved myself a lot of money had I just called him first. Thanks RJ

ListenI know what youre thinking. 5 Stars for a pest control company? Pests can be eradicated and removed not removed forever though- so why my 5 Stars?Heres why-Rj had me a hootin and a hollerin while I trailed behind him as he was giving information and options. His knowledge and experience with my situation was a delight! He broke down every thing to the fifth grade level of understanding I have, was upfront and honest about my options.This was one of my best experiences with any company! It was nice to have someone so personable, reasonable and understanding out. So personable I thought for a moment we were kinfolk! Like this was a cousin I somehow missed him at each family function haha!Bourbon Pest Control is now on speed dial for the next time I see something move that aint on two legs! I wont be clutching pearls, but Im going to be calling fast!

The absolute best pest control service I have experienced since I've lived out in my area since 2009. He was fast and responding. Very attentive and explaining how things worked when it came to my hornets nest issue. Went over the rest of the pest control procedures on my farm with me and was extremely honest about a groundhog issue that he could have fully charged me for, but instead helped me understand how to trap them myself with my own cage and taught me what to do so he wouldn't have to charge me that extra. His prices are unbeatable And is now my permanent Pest control company. I appreciate the wonderful job! I highly recommend this company and if I could give them more than five stars I would.
