- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually bid by the job, I take into consideration the square footage as well as any extras the client may want.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Email or text first, provide my phone number and when the customer contacts me, answer questions they may have, set up a meeting to evaluate job, and discuss any and all concerns about the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Mother of 5 children ages 21-11. I fully enforce them having chores and contributing to the household. I have always enjoyed helping people since I was very young. My Grandmother used to pay me to help her when I was growing up.
